GoFormer

GoFormer combines strength training, endurance training, balance, mobility and core training in an excellent way. GoFormer is suitable for exercisers of all levels and ages, and the device’s adjustment options also make it suitable for rehabilitation training.

GoBarre

Barre exercise has become extremely popular around the world! If you are looking for a versatile and inspiring workout that strengthens your glutes, thighs, ankles and core, then GoBarre is for you.

Barre builds endurance and fires up the deep muscles in legs and core that lift your posture. GoBarre classes combine the best aspects of ballet, yoga and Pilates, creating a dynamic and comprehensive workout. Classes use both your own body weight and various aids, such as a barbell, resistance bands and small weights.

GoPilates

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the deep muscles of the body, especially in the core area. GoPilates classes offer a versatile and effective workout that improves strength, balance and mobility.

GoFlow
