Barre and Pilates are suitable for exercisers of all levels, and classes can be tailored to meet individual needs and goals.

Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and an open mind. We use grip socks during barre classes.

We recommend attending classes 2-3 times a week if you want to strengthen your core and lower limb muscles, improve your posture, and gain more mobility. The classes themselves do not require any previous dance experience, so come and try them out!
