What's GoFormer?
GoFormer is designed to provide low-impact, yet intense workouts that are suitable for exercisers of all levels. GoFormer combines strength training, endurance training, balance, mobility and core training in a unique way.
- Whole body workout: GoFormer training activates all major muscle groups and provides a complete full-body workout.
- Low-impact: The exercises are gentle on the joints and are therefore also suitable for rehabilitation or for those suffering from joint problems.
- Intensity: You will achieve significant results in a short time – you will increase muscle mass and improve endurance.

GoFormer Foundation
Level: Easy
A supportive and well-structured introduction to GoFormer training. Foundation focuses on form, alignment, breath, and building confidence on the machine.
GoFormer Signature
Level: Intermediate
Dynamic, energizing, and intelligently structured – our Signature class challenges both body and mind. This is GoStudio’s signature experience, blending the precision of Pilates with the full-body resistance training of the GoFormer.
GoFormer Tone
Level: Challenging
A high-intensity GoFormer class with added resistance tools like dumbbells and bands. Slow, controlled movements target every muscle and challenge your strength.
GoFormer vs. Pilates
GoFormer and Pilates share some similar features, such as low-impact movements and improved body control, but they also have differences:
Intensity
GoFormer workouts are intense and aim for maximum muscle load in a short period of time. Pilates is generally more relaxed and focuses more on activating and controlling the deep muscles of the body.

Like with any sport, you get more familiar with the technique and the machine the more you train. For optimal results we recommend to book classes 2–3 times per week.
