What's GoFormer?

GoFormer is designed to provide low-impact, yet intense workouts that are suitable for exercisers of all levels. GoFormer combines strength training, endurance training, balance, mobility and core training in a unique way.

GoFormer vs. Pilates

GoFormer and Pilates share some similar features, such as low-impact movements and improved body control, but they also have differences:

Intensity

GoFormer workouts are intense and aim for maximum muscle load in a short period of time. Pilates is generally more relaxed and focuses more on activating and controlling the deep muscles of the body.

Machine

The GoFormer device has a wide range of adjustment options, which allows for a wide range of resistances during training.

Goals

GoFormer aims for a strong and efficient full-body workout, while Pilates focuses more on body balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Trained instructors
