The membership begins with an initial 8-week period and then renews on an ongoing basis. After the initial period, the membership can be cancelled with a 4-week notice.

How often I am billed?

Can I pay with Edenred, Epassi or Smartum?

Yes, we accept workout vouchers! Pay as usual in your sport voucher app, you can find us under the name GoStudio. Send the receipt via email and your payment is done. For more help, just reach us by email: hello@gostudio.fi

What are the payment options?

You can pay by billing or with the workout vouchers.

What do I get with the membership?

Your first reward will be the cheapest workout prizing and a membership gift package (Cailap products). All our workouts are included in our memberships. Not the least, you get to be part of the GoStudio’s warmest workout community!

What if I need to pause my membership?

We understand that sometimes life happens. You can pause your membership for 1–3 months. A service fee of 10 € per month is charged for this. You will need to send a written declaration about your membership pausing before it begins by email to hello@gostudio.fi. Months of the pause extend the duration of your membership.

I'm not sure how much I want to workout in a month. Can I change my membership later?

Sure! You can always upgrade your membership, if you feel like you want to workout more than you signed in. Notice, that if you had a campaing prize originally, the new billing will be by our current prizing.

How long will the Black Friday promotion price be active?

The Black Friday membership promotion price remains valid until the end of 2026, provided that your membership continues on an ongoing billing basis after the initial purchase. If you cancel your membership at any point and later rejoin, the current standard price will apply.

I have ongoing workout package, can I start my membership later?

Sure! If you currently have other workout package ongoing you can start your membership to start after. Just contact us via email after the purchase.

I want to cancel my membership. How do I do it?

You can cancel your membership by contacting us by email. The membership can be cancelled with a 4-week notice.

How much prior can I book my classes?

You can always see classes 21 days in advance, and you can book your training for the next 14 days.

What is the common class cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the class you have booked, you can cancel this 12 hours before the class starts. If there are less than 12 hours until the class starts, you will lose your session. We of course understand that sometimes life happens unexpectedly and will take that account. <3
