World-know workout combines intensity and low-impact whole body workout. The Microformer machine is designed to fit all bodies and fitness levels and the workout is easy on joints. Near the floor level, the workout combines effectively machine workout with usage of floor in some movements.

Intermediate
Good for the first Microformer workout! Energetic and well structured full-body workout challenges and blends resistance training with endurance.

Microformer Tone

Challenging
Dynamic workout with added resistance tools like dumbbelss and bands. Tone targets the deep muscles and full body control in movements.

Microformer Pulse

Challenging
Feel the burn in the heart beat raising class. A high-intensity Microformer Pulse class challenges the endurance and muscle strength.

FAQ

Microformer is a training method, similar to GoFormer, where the workout focuses on low impact and high intensity training done with a machine.

The training is done near the floor level, using also the floor in movements making the machine workout versatile. The workout combines strength, endurance, balance and flexibility training.

Microformer is easy for joints and easy to adjust to your own level. The machine has 4 adjustable springs.

Yes! The training is designed for people of all fitness levels, men and women. Our instructors will help you adjust the machine to your needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

If Microformer is new training method for you, we recommend starting with the Signature class.

Please let your instructor know if you have any specific needs so they can take them into account individually. 

You can train Microformer during the first and the second trimester, and continue on the third if you are already familiar with Microformer training. We don’t suggest starting your first class during the third trimester but after giving birth. Always let our instructors to know before the class that you might need some variations. And most importantly, listen to your body and focus on the muscle control and comfortable training over the maximum efforts.

All you need is grip socks, a small towel and a water bottle!

Like any workout, both Microformer and GoFormer machine workout share same foundations like dynamic low-impact resistance training. 

The machines and workouts also have differences in movements and machines, and we recommend trying them both.

Microformer is nearer to the floor level, which allows wider use of floor in movements making the workout versatile. Microformer is smaller and lighter machine but suits to all body types and tall people. Some people might find Microformer workout more effective than GoFormer.

Both machine workouts have different kind of classes. Try them all and find your favourite.

All of our instructors are trained Microformer instructors, ensuring you receive the best possible guidance and support during your training. Instructors are trained to adjust training to different needs like workout during pregnancy.
